Based on your Guided Self-Placement results, choose one of the following cohorts.

Not sure what you want to major in yet, but ready to start college strong? Join the First-Year Experience (FYE) General Cohort designed to help you transition into college life with confidence while taking transfer-level courses. You鈥檒l connect with dedicated faculty and counselors who will guide you through choosing classes, building strong study habits, and learning key skills like time management and career planning. You鈥檒l also build friendships, feel a stronger sense of belonging on campus, and get connected to helpful resources.

Interested in STEM and want extra support to stay motivated and succeed? Join the STEM Cohort; a supportive learning community built for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math majors. You鈥檒l connect with other students working toward the same goals while gaining the guidance and structure to stay on track. Together, you鈥檒l build strong study habits, navigate challenges, strengthen communication skills, and explore exciting STEM career pathways.

Looking for a community where your creativity is celebrated and supported? Join the SoAD (School of Arts & Design) Cohort and be part of a creative community built for majors in Architecture, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Studio Arts, and Performing Arts. In this cohort, you will enhance your creativity, cultural empathy, and critical thinking skills. You will also have the opportunity to explore and discuss potential career paths related to your major, helping you prepare for your future.

Are you ready to level up both your game and your grades? Join the Athletics Cohort. We will move through college together. You鈥檒l build connections and get the academic and personal support that helps you thrive on and off the field. Non-athletes are welcome and encouraged! Students with the following majors have great experiences in this cohort: Kinesiology, Nursing, Psychology, Nutrition, Public Health, or Business.
